Hi Robin,
You are correct, it is important to be authentic. I believe that people can feel it when someone is not authentic, at least I can. It is also a matter of trust, when I find that someone is not authentic I have a hard time trusting them and once you’ ve lost the trust it is difficult to get it back.
Thank you for your vlogs, they are very inspiring.
Robin,
My son Jay has sent you a video on Youtube as you requested in order to try to get your first copy worldwide of your new book which is coming out soon.
I am flying out to Kitchener today to visit him for a few days. I will also have the opportunity to attend his ”Working Out Winston Style” class tonight Thursday March 18, starting at 8pm at the Village of Winston Park’s gym where he gives his class every Thuesdays and Thursdays every week.
If he his the selected person for the book and you happen to be close to Kitchener, it would be a great honnor for all of Jay’s students and a great surprise to Jay to have you at the gyn tonight for Jay to receive the book.
If you can do so tonight or even another time and you would need to make arrangements, you can reach me on my cellular phone at 819-921-1394.
Thank you very much for being who you are and for everything you bring to this world.
Nathalie :)

Hi Robin,
I love your vlogs.
The most recent ones seem to have sliced your lovely bald head off – and its distracting from the message that you’re putting out there.
Please can we have it back on ?
Cheers,
Julie
Hello Mr Robin Sharma;
I just am listening to your videos on this beautiful Sunday, then I will make my new year plan :)
I just wanna share here something I know,
That you talk about a juice company package that you could not open up.. Yea you are right about the company, they are careless.. But the thing is “packaging” is another profession. There are packaging firms, I think you might know but just want to underline.
The packaging problems about a product may be directed to packaging firms directly. The packaging firms’ name and brand should be written in small capitals (may be really hard to find) on somewhere on the package if you really look close and analyze the package:)..
Thanks for your insights.. Ideation without execution is nothing more than delusion. This is powerful and is changing or will change my life:)
Thanks Everyone, great posts as always. Dilara, even though an outside supplier may have done the packaging, it’s still the juice company’s product. And so they have the responsibility to get their product right. And take superb care of their customers. And if they chose a packaging company that did a poor job, that’s the juice company’s error. My best regards.
Robin I love it! Give me advice, how do you Create authenticity in a large corporation 1 person at a time. What would you advice an employee of that juice company how can 1 start to be authentic without the corporate mentality support I guess is my ultimate question! Thanks for your help, a raving fan, Melanie in Vancouver
Hello Mr Robin
how truly said, authenticity with everyone around you is the only character which will build confidence & trust among the relationships/customers in touch with you & this is the basic platform which will elevate to the level one would want to be. In fact, one does not even have to think of elevating, authenticity would automatically show the results.
Good one again & thanks for sharing a superb piece of wisom

Hi Robin,
Great VLOG! My congrats!
I totally agree with you about authenticity, which brings success in the long run.
I used to work as Marketing/Communications Manager and I know how it is fundamental the feed-back from customers. That’s why sometimes I like to have an exchange with some of my followers I have on social media, to understand better how I can serve them at the best.
The fortress is not the best way to be successful and to deliver excellence, even if you are a very famous brand in your field.
Cheers from a sunny Palermo – Sicily, where it seems just summer :)

Hi Robin,
Glad to see your Vlog. Appreciate what you have said about Authenticity and transparency .
I would like to share something with you. Company do outsource their business to a third party like this co. Yes it difficult to reach someone inside the company.
Few organizations do take feedback from their customer but still doesn’t keep transparency with the customers because there will be a catch in the product which brings profit ( I can give you an example of a credit services ).
What would you suggest for such a scenario ? Thanks.
Regards,
Nasar
