I’m at 40,000 feet. Sunlight floods through the window. Flying home from beautiful Vancouver, Canada after a presentation to The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) on game-changing moves that Remarkable Entrepreneurs are dedicated to. I do my best thinking on airplanes and wanted to download some random insights on leadership, business and living at world-class with you. This is where I’m at. On my own personal journey called a life. I’m grateful to you for being a part of The Lead Without a Title Community. It’s quickly growing into a movement. And together, we are making a difference in the world.
I hope these ideas enrich all you do. And that they inspire you to amp up the way you Work+Live+Lead.

Robin,
Thank you for your energy u give . My life has truly changed. Helping others is probably the most powerful gift ever combined with forgiveness. Something made real thru your books I’ve read. Amazing results so far in my life. Today out of no where I was asked to broadcast my wellness belief on air to millions in south africa. All I can do is smile :) u made me believe I should focus on helping people feel better than I find them, and everyday I make that my goal. (I’m a wellness fitness trainer) Now I have the opportunity to help even more , more people than I ever expected! And the greatest impact of all, is that I’m a better parent than I’ve ever been and getting better . Single dad of 3 beautiful girls , my priorities are finally stable.
Thank you , God bless you

@ Garth…congratulations! Thank you everyone for your kind words. When you share we all get to learn from you and The Lead Without a Title Community grows.
Nice post, I liked the way action steps suggested
Hi.Robin,
you are always a creative thinker even at 40000 ft height. you breath leadership in all dimension. Hats off to you.
Trust is displayed through actions.
Robin, even if your readers practice ONE Insight a day for the next 6 weeks (according to you it takes 6 weeks to form a habit) their lives will be so much better.
I am your follower who was trying to follow all 36 Insights on an everyday basis except #27 and #34, and I was just pushed off and cornered by the leader I trusted. What do I call this? Betrayal/Mistrust? being practiced at work. For the first time I trusted someone Robin in my life, at work and I was simply pushed aside and blamed. Betrayal is a simple word that would cover it all.
@Nataliya you are back… looks like you took your bird for granted and now you are giving the bird a specific time and place. If you are COMMITTED and REAL take the first step to reach the person, if not forget about it. Move on. Life has so much to offer.
simply awesome ideas ! loved it !
Great insights Robin,
I wish to hear these words in your voice…bcoz ur voice has got the power to not merely inspire but inject principles….we love for your passion….As Im loving you ..its clearly evident that Im loving my passion….Inspired to perform
its a great and inspirational blog for people like us i have read most of ur books and i have been inspired by them ,,,,no doubt this blog gives a positive vibe for any one who reads it,,, dont take me as cynical ,, but can this be applied in the life of people who are subjected to genocide or in dire circumstances throughout their life facing war and occupation ,, i just want a an clear answer for this,, coz it is confusing to me whether positive attitude can be for all of mankind irrespective of the conditions they live in,,,,
thanks sir for this blog

Not sure Robin, I am not sure which insight to use on which day? Very unsure who to trust and who not to. I thought Silence was golden, but never knew Silence meant a trap.
Wish me strength Robin.
Superb blog!
If you’re not inspiring those around you, you’re not Leading. You’re following…is what I did for so many years in my life. Not anymore Robin, finally I am leading and I have worked hard, very hard to reach here. I will not let go.
Really Nice and Motivating Points for Todays Youth……
Today there’s lack of Motivation in Youth which are talking them to wrong Destinations .
Printed this off and will keep it right next to my computer (I work at home) at all times, so whenever in doubt I can refer to this. Thank you.
I am recently facing a crucial business downfall.. Was feeling demotivated since a long period of time. Due to these prevailing conditions.. i have become unenthusiastic and postpone whatever I plan. After reading ROBIN SHARMA’s books and now his blog, I think I have regained my energy to fight back against these circumstances. I give special reading to DAILY INSPIRATION, so that I can remember one of the facts of life everyday…
THANKS … !!!
Dear Robin,
Recently I got many books of yours and reading them is a blessing for me. I’m house wife and have 3 grown up (2 married) children. After reading I share your insights thru mobile mszs to others esp. my daughter who is holding a high position in health care industry. These are very helpful for her career. She doesn’t get much time so I read for her. Being a housewife often I feel demotivated and discouraged but your books are teaching me a lot! You told me that without a title I’m also a leader and so I keep leading on…….Thanks to God who has created a person like you who is great blessing to others esp. people like me….Thanks Robin and God bless you and your family!

Robin, YOU are an inspiration for me to be the best I can be. I love your work. Thank you for sharing your words of wisdom to be exceptional as a human being and as a leader. Best wishes, Janet
Despite the seeming ‘random-ness’ of these thoughts, there is a kind of cohesive theme behind them. Inspiring lines!
I loved #1, #2 and #31. Especially #31. Leadership is indeed a simple concept, but a path to choose.

You are amazing and I sincerely appreciate this thoughtful compilation. Do you mind if I use it to wallpaper my studio? I promise to use your blog stationary, always broadcast your authoring credit and hand out business cards for others to follow your blog! :) Seriously, thank you! Best wishes, Lee Ann

great….. lucky to knw u in my life…..
Lately, while sitting on the Internet to write my Blogs, I am using music to boost my motivation.
Music not helps me to focus on one subject, but more importantly reduces my urge to jump from one webpage to another webpage.
Robin, Professional People forget that they carry a heart, and spend their life in proving that mind is higher than heart. In the end they get exhausted and fall. Heart may be located lower in the body but it is alright to let it win…and let it Rule.
Its ok to gather courage, get rid of fear and listen to the heart. Its alright.
Fantastic post. I do struggle with the journal though. I would love to read a blog post on how you organise yours Mr Sharma.
You were always giving inspiring advice to small people like us.You make us believe the Leader in ourself. You feed the mind, you fill up our heart and you make us move our body . We suddenly realized that we are able to become leader in our on personal life and feel good about it. Thank you very much.
Wish you were the speaker of Indian Parliament , our country would progress to be a better place to live in even for the under privileged, who are in majority.
This is it !
I think I’ll surely add some of those.
It takes time to think its just not easy to be exceptional!
its not at all impossible……………..
just loved your `random insights on exceptionalism….
but I would also like to state that in your point number 13 – serve like Mandela ….. i would love if you also add Mahatama Gandhi…
