How To Get More Done In Less Time
Robin Sharma shares three simple but powerful ideas to help you get more done in less time.
Getting Things Done – 3 Simple Ideas To Get More Done In Less
1) The Daily 5: Ask yourself this question, “What 5 things need to happen between now and the end of the last hour of the day today for this to have been an exceptionally productive day.”
2) Exercise First Thing in the Morning: Jump-start your metabolic rate. You’ll feel better and have the energy you need to accomplish your goals.
3) Have a Deep Thinking Day: Spend time in the three S’s – Silence, Solitude and Stillness

Robin,
These are great suggestions. I think managing how we spend time online is another one. When I looked at my own online habits in a hard light of day recently I realized I was losing hours every day, even as I thought I was being stressed by other things. I thimk it’s best to have set times that you devote to pre-determined online tasks, rather than turning on the computer in the morning and going with whatever shows up.

Great suggestions Robin. Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts on how people can manage time. I do facilitate time management workshops in the Philippines and I believe I can inject your ideas.
great ideas Robin. I have been going the daily 5 and find it very useful. Can you do a progarm on how to write a journal?
Excellent idea…In fact, of these five tasks that need to be completed in a day, if we take the toughest one as the first in the morning and complete, we ll very easily accomplish the remaining four too and that will make the day as the most successful day … Robin really rocks !!! Thanks Robin for being my virtual mentor through your books and talks..you are always awesome !!!

Great one Robin, u have set the target to get pre-occupied the priority of focussing on 5 things, In this process only we end up doing most of the work.
Thanks Robin,
I love spending time in the three S’s – Silence, Solitude and Stillness. As matter of fact, I just tell my readers 10 reasons why we should spend time alone. The beauty of spending time alone, the quietness bring the best out of us.
