Saw The Bucket List last night. Could have been a great movie but the message was still a good one - even if the film didn't turn out to be brilliant. It was a story about two dying men who live out their dreams in the remaining few months of their lives (do your "bucket list" today).

One of the lines from the movie that came to me this morning as I was drinking my coffee is this one (I'll paraphrase): "the way you show up in one minute can influence the million minutes that follow." Nice reminder. Of our power to transform - in a single moment.
