A Passion for Improvement
Tue February 12, 2008

On an SAS flight to Frankfurt and then on to Bilbao for a leadership presentation to business leaders. On the back of the tray table in front of me is an ad for the Stockholm airport. Simply notes: "Passion for Improvements."

In The Greatness Guide I called the concept NSI: Never Stop Improving. The Japanese call it Kaizen. Whatever you want to call it, the idea is the same - devote to excellence by refusing to settle for good (good really is the enemy of the best). Just keep making things better. Delete complacency/good enough/"fine" from your vocabulary.
