I hear people using the word "idealistic" as a putdown, as if there is something wrong with being a dreamer/visionary/free thinker. But to Lead Without Title is to stand for the impossible. To see hope where other see failure. To envision a better way. To be idealistic.

In business and in life, all progress was formed by the idealist. Disney and Ford and The Google Guys and The Wright Brothers and Mandela and Muhammad Yunus were completely unrealistic in what they dreamed of. And that's what makes them great.
