leave behind is the leadership influence we have had and the value we have created. Joseph Campbell, the author, once said: "to live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die."
So think big. One of our biggest regrets at the end will be that we didn't think twenty times bigger than we did. And along with imagining dazzlingly great dreams, take the long view. Leaders are masters of long-view thinking. They map out their strategic visions deep into the future. In this way, every day serves as a platform to get them closer to their mountaintop.
