Places with No Roads

In a cafe in Prague. Beautiful cup of coffee in front of me. One of the prettiest cities I've ever been in.
A woman just walked by me with a magazine. A title grabbed my attention: "I've always liked going to places with no roads."
Leadership is about leading not following. It's about relentless and passionate innovation. It's about making things better. And about visiting the places that have no roads. Because you need to be the one to blaze the path.
