Here at the Harvard Business School. I speak to the MBA class on leadership in a few hours. I'm doing some work in some study hall I found. Surrounded by students. Books. And mahogany. Love it.
I'm drinking "organic pomegranate white tea" from Honest Tea. Inside the bottle is a quote. From Dr. Seuss of children's books fame. I wanted to share it with you as it speaks to the need of each on of us to be authentic as we lead and live out the days of our lives. "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
It takes great courage to be comfortable in your own skin. It takes great power to be the true you. But that's what integrity is all about. And that's what the best leaders stand for.
