Perfect day in my hometown. Listening to Liz Phair. Nice and loud. She's some kind of a genius (so are you BTW).

Yes, I haven't been blogging for a while. Why? Because I had nothing to say. I want to serve you. To be relevant. To stay fresh. And all the travel and all the interviews and all the speeches made my well a little dry.

So I pulled back from the noise. I never want to become a caricature of myself. I never want to stay in the game longer than I deserve to be in it.

The creativity is slowly returning. Life has it's own timing (and it's generally not the same as the timing I want). I'll start blogging more. Sharing my insights on leadership. On authentic success. And on being real.
