I was in Reno, Nevada this past weekend. Speaking to nearly 2000 network marketers from MXI who distribute healthy chocolate (loved being with you all). I'm finding more and more network marketing companies from around the world are becoming our clients. Why? I guess because they get that ultimately, organizational success depends on everyone within the company showing leadership and excellence-regardless of their title.

Another thing about these companies that I've worked with like Herbalife and Xango, the top distributors are Fierce Learners. I've always believed that money invested in learning is the best investment you can make. Why? Because you cannot create a bigger outer life than the size of the life that exists within you. Life wants us to win but our limited thinking and our foundless fears get in our way. The only real obstacle in your path is you.

Learning stretches you. It transforms you. It introduces you to possiblility. And reminds you that ordinary people can become extraordinary (if you're willing to do the right things).

So today/tomorrow/forever.... learn. Read. Listen to cds. Talk to smart/bold/creative people. You'll become a bigger and better person on the inside. And that must drive your success on the outside.
