A lot of what I wrote about in The Greatness Guide speaks to the need to fight the dangers success brings. Dangers like arrogance and complacency and inefficiency. All too often when a person or an organizations reaches lofty success, they stop doing the very things that made them successful. And therefore, success introduces them to the beginning of their end.
