2. People are scared. Tons of uncertainty, confusion and disruption. The prefect time for you to leverage your talents to lead without a title.

3. The world's in a state of acute transformation. Economic, political and social structures are collapsing. Breakdown leads to breakthroughs. Better things are coming,

4. The world is small. I was blessed to visit The Cradle of Humanity - the place where humanity started. Reminded me so powerfully that we are indeed all one species. We are all one. No need for silos. The more we connect, the more we all win.
