Your organization absolutely must, if you want to win in today's marketplace, have people at the front of the house, and your user experience, where there's a full on human connection. You know what? There's a lot of people on the planet right now, they're very lonely, and you see it. You walk into a lot of restaurants, there's a lot of people eating alone. A lot of people in relationships who are still very lonely.
There are a lot of people who are longing for belonging; one of the most important insights in this episode. People in your marketplace are longing for belonging.
