I wanted to send you this message as you and your loved ones are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time on our little planet. While it’s wise to take the Coronavirus and economic chaos seriously, may I also suggest that this will all pass. Sooner...or later.

In my sincere devotion to be of service to you, your team and your family I’ve ramped up my Instagram Lives to offer real-time leadership and personal mastery insights amid the volatility.

I also offer you these tactical suggestions to protect yourself and those closest to you through this uncertainty:

#1. Remember The Big Picture. This will all finish and good times will eventually return. Do what you need to do to ride the storm out safely yet keep connected to the light of the stars above. Even the darkest night offers you luminous beauty from the heavens to appreciate. And honor.

#2. Heroes Are Made in Hard Times. Anyone can show leadership, mastery and positivity while all’s going well. Now is when you get to show the world who you truly are. And the values that you ably represent. Leverage the mess to grow in focus, creativity, bravery and humanity.

#3. Optimize Your Morning Routine. What’s helping me most right now is my “daily dawn rituals”. Running on a treadmill before the sun rises, hydrating and supplementing, meditating, reading, journalling and praying during my Victory Hour between 5-6 AM is fireproofing my focus and battleproofing my performance as I write my new book during this period of extreme global turbulence. [The book is part memoir + part handbook for personal heroism + spiritual manifesto to make our world better—for everybody asking]. Please do the remainder of your life a gigantic favor and dial in your morning routine to world-class now. It just might save your life.

#4. Deliver Even More Magic. The crowd is scared. Your business peers are pulling back. Everyone’s panicking. Now is a superb time to create even more value for your customers and be of acute use to even more people. Work on your professional knowledge and career skills even more. Listen to audiobooks, podcasts and coaching resources so you leap ahead of your previous leadership self. The marketplace demands [and will reward] your mastery as never before. And you’ll be an absolute standout. Which is what I wish for you.

#5. Fortify Your Best Health. Rest is even more important now to guard your immunity. As I wrote in The 5AM Club: “Rest is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.” I also recommend that you upgrade your morning exercise commitment, get some sunshine for vitamin D, explore the potent value of fasting [and autophagy], enjoy forest bathing and meditate daily.

#6. Run My TBTF Concept. My highest level clients in IconX as well as those I am mentoring in my online program The Circle of Legends are telling me that taking my advice to install their Tight Bubbles of Total Focus [TBTF] so they read the news selectively, avoid toxic people and insulate their positive focus is allowing them to thrive professional and personally as the world falls apart. And so I wanted to encourage you to run this method as well. Do whatever it takes to find time to create, stay productive and remain inspired right now. And find your personal sanctuary so you get great work done.

#7. Deepen Daily Gratitude. What I mean by this is that now is a wise time to appreciate all the good in your life as never before. Gratitude is the antidote to fear. And concentrating on the small graces and precious aspects of your life will keep you happy, confident and healthy during this time of unease.

Stay strong. Lead well. Keep your head up [and heart open] and remember to be kind. We’re all in this together. And I’m totally here for you.
