Hi, it's Robin Sharma. Well, no arrogance is good, but an unearned arrogance is the worst. So if you look at a lot of business titans, a lot of professional athletes, many of them are arrogant and that comes with the confidence and all of the accolades and applause that they've earned. Yet I'm sure you've seen people who have this sense of arrogance born of entitlement, and they haven't earned it. It's not like they've achieved very much, or it's not like they've worked and trained very hard. Yet they have this latent sense of arrogance as if they've earned the right to be so bold.
